1. EMAIL ADDRESSES

Visitors completing online surveys, requests to be added to subscription lists or making contact with the company for other purposes or means are required to complete a submission form that includes a valid email address, the absence of which will result in the correspondence being ignored by the "company". All email addresses gathered subsequent to the above conditions are held securely by the "Company" and are not sold or granted or given to any other party, business venture or email gathering service under any circumstance.

2. PERSONAL INFORMATION

All personal information received from a site visitor is held in the strictest of confidence and will not be used for any purpose other than that directed by the visitor as a result of the submission and/or request made by the customer.

3. SPAM

MHA Corp and its divisions do not, under any circumstance, engage in the practice of, or cause to be delivered unsolicited (SPAM) email. Official email correspondence sent by the "company" will always be done so from the DNS "a-diversion.com" and will specify the purpose of the email in the subject line. Clients who request information on a regular basis in the form of a monthly bulletin or the Diversions E-Magazine, will receive their publication or notice on or about the 25th day of each calendar month and no other time. Diversions Virtual Mall organizes requests on a per topic basis and email holders will receive only the publications they have requested.

4. ARMS LENGTH

In offering the services of Diversions, visitors are, in many cases, redirected to a secure business partner to transact a purchase of merchandise, goods or services. Information collected by our partners is retained by our partners and is not, under any condition shared with Diversions Virtual Mall or MHA Corp. and the Privacy Policies of our partners will over-ride and/or circumvent those of MHA Corp. Partners of MHA Corp and its subsidiaries have been evaluated for reputation and are deemed to conduct their business operations in a manner that is conducive to the privacy and security of our visitors.
